TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book and pay for four (4) tickets in one category, you get the fifth (5th) ticket free – in the same category, at the same time (on-site registrations will not be eligible for this discount).

Early-bird prices close mid-night 30 July 2010 (Australian Eastern Standard Time). After this time, only standard price registrations and on-site registrations will be available.

Standard prices open 12.01am 31 July 2010 and close 3.00pm 7 October 2010 (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

All registrations close 7 October at 3.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). After this time, only on-site registrations will be available.

Partnering is not available to Non TRX10 Conference Delegates.

Upgrades to include 1-day partnering (as part of a 1-day Conference Pass) will only be valid to coincide with the day the Conference Pass was purchased.

‘Conference Attendee’ refers to any TRX10 Delegates. These delegates receive discount for Additional Workshops and Hospitality Events.

‘Non-Conference Attendee’ refers to any non-TRX10 Delegates. Additional Workshops and Hospitality Events (excluding TRX10 Welcome Cocktails) are open to all delegates.

‘Members’ refers to QCTN Members and/or Strategic Partners ONLY.

‘Students’ refers to those delegates who are currently enrolled in tertiary education – student ID will be required.

‘Non-members’ refers to all other delegates.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

QCTN reserves the right to make changes to any and all packages without prior notice.

Applications will be date and time stamped and will be processed strictly in order of receipt of applications.

Access to partnering will only be permitted upon receipt of payment.

Those participating in partnering will have their data passed to EBD’s partneringONE system for administration of the partnering.

Incorporation of corporate logo on relevant materials, including website, will only take place once payment has been made.

Supply of logos of appropriate size and quality to allow reproduction is the sole responsibility of the sponsor - QCTN reserves the right to refuse to use any substandard logos.

QCTN reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship and/or exhibitor application at its sole discretion.

The major sponsors of Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze will have first preference, in order of receipt of application, over booth location until COB 28 May 2010. After that date, all others will be allocated in order of receipt of applications.

At the time of registration you will be asked to enter a conference registration password. Once you have completed your registration, a confirmation will automatically be emailed to you. Using the link provided in the confirmation email and by entering your Booking Number and Password you may make any changes, additions or cancel your booking.

Full or partial cancellations are charged a credit card processing fee of AU$25.00 ( GST) by Conference Online. An additional processing fee of AU$25.00 ( GST) will be charged for QCTN's administration costs.

If substitutions are required, please contact QCTN.

QCTN must adhere to all relevant Privacy Regulations in relation to the collection of personal data from delegates. If you do not wish for your personal information to be given to third parties associated with TRX10 i.e. Sponsors and Supporters, please ensure you check the relevant box on the relevant registration form(s).

All Exhibitors must adhere to all relevant Privacy Regulations in relation to the collection of personal data from delegates. The purpose for which the data is being collected must be clearly displayed, and the data only used for these purposes. Business cards collected for a prize draw should be used only for this purpose, unless delegates are clearly informed that the cards may be used for follow-up contact.

Delegate satchel, delegate compendium, apron and lanyard sponsors must provide their logos in EPS format to QCTN by COB 31 August 2010.

Inclusion in TRX10 marketing collateral, delegate handbooks and other hard copy materials is subject to confirmation of sponsorship and receipt of logo prior to printing deadline. If confirmation is received after the printing deadline, the sponsor logo will be included on the conference website only.

All promotional items, delegate gifts, advertisements, satchel inserts, prizes and giveaways must be sent to QCTN for approval by COB 1 October 2010 - sponsors remain liable for their goods.

Satchel inserts are limited to one (1) piece of marketing collateral only. This may be a folder with a few inserts - however, the collateral MUST BE collated prior to delivery to QCTN. QCTN will not collate individual sponsor’s material. If the material is not collated, only one (1) piece will be included at the discretion of QCTN.

Exhibitors must not use pins, staples, screws, nails, bolts, glue or paint on their exhibition booth walls. If damage occurs from the use of any of these products or other means attributed to the exhibitors, they will be liable for the costs and will be invoiced for any repairs required - a repair bill will be sent to the exhibitor for payment.

Prior to Friday 8th October 2010, all exhibitors are required to provide QCTN with current documentation that demonstrates that they have an appropriate and current public liability insurance policy in place for duration of the Exhibition.

Some sponsorship benefits are subject to the sale of other sponsorship packages and may be withdrawn at the discretion of QCTN. Sponsors will be notified in relevant instances - and in cooperation with the sponsors, suitable alternatives will be negotiated.

Colour, style, type and size of delegate satchels, delegate compendiums, aprons, lanyards and all other TRX10 related products, collateral and all other printed matter is at the sole discretion of QCTN.
