Organising one-to-one meetings is simple for delegates because we have teamed up with EBD Group, and their partneringONE® software, which is industry specific and web-based. You can log in any time to post your company profile, plan your own agenda and pre-arrange your one-to-one meetings. We only schedule meetings that have been accepted by both parties, so there are no surprises on the day. These meetings will be running alongside the Conference over the three days: 11-13 October 2010. Please note that partnering will close on 7 October 2010 at 3:00pm Brisbane time. After this time, no new meetings can be requested or accepted. You will still be able to view and print your final schedule.
So how does partnering work?
Once you are registered for partnering, you will be issued with an email confirming your participation. This email will include a password and username for you. Login to partneringONE using these details at the bottom of this page (or via the TRX10 Homepage), go to your personal profile, and change your username and password to something you will easily remember. Please note, this login is separate from the login details you would use to change your TRX10 registration. You are then ready to make the most of your partnering opportunities by following the 6 steps below.

Start by completing your partnering profile - this is a brief summary of your company/organisation, products and technologies. |

About one month prior to the event, the 'Search and Request' facility. This enables you to browse the profiles of all the delegates and submit meeting requests to the people you want to meet. |

Please let us know when you are free to attend partnering meetings, so we only schedule meetings when you are available. |

You need to login regulaly to monitor responses to your requests, and to check who has requested meetings with you. |

About one week prior to the event, we will start to schedule your meetings based on availability of all participants. Our aim is to ensure that everyone has the maximum number of meetings over the course of the event. Your preliminary schedule will be posted in your personal account. |

You will receive a print-out of your personal schedule when you arrive at the event. |
